The Rules of Engagement:

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

• First Orders Only: The guarantee applies to your first single bag or first month of a subscription.

• No Return Shipping: We don't make you pay to ship back an open bag of gummies. That’s an archaic system. Keep it, give it to a friend, or throw it away.

How to Initiate a Refund: Simply email our team at support@goldenwillow.co.uk  with your Order Number and a brief note on why it didn't work for you. We process the refund to your original payment method within 24 hours. No stress, no awkward emails.
